Rules

All of Urban Rec’s leagues are co-ed and played according to the normal rules that govern each sport.  However, due to modifications to the format of certain sports, we do have rules that will take precedent over the usual rules.  For more details, please click on the sport you are interested from the list to left to see the Urban Rec-specific rules for that sport.
